Premium IOL Education Day: A Mainline Instruments & Rayner Collaboration

A CPD event with Mainline Instruments and Rayner on premium IOLs, toric lenses and OCULUS Pentacam® training. Two date options available.

Join Mainline Instruments and Rayner for a day of expert-led education focused on premium IOLs, advanced diagnostics, and patient selection. Taking place at Mainline’s Head Office, this CPD event is offered on two dates: Tuesday 3rd OR Wednesday 4th November 2026. You can choose the day that suits you best, when you complete the registration form.

What’s on the agenda:

The day opens with introductions from Rayner and Mainline Instruments, followed by in-depth OCULUS Pentacam® training led by Jörg Iwanczuk, Product Manager at OCULUS, split across two morning sessions with a short break between them.

Over lunch, you’ll have the chance to get hands-on with the Pentacam® and other OCULUS devices in the MLI Showroom.

The afternoon turns to clinical practice, with Ms Lucia Pelosini, Consultant Ophthalmologist, presenting on Astigmatism Management and Toric IOLs, followed by a session on Premium Lenses and Patient Selection.

The day concludes with rotating workshop groups, giving you the opportunity to experience all three in smaller, focused sessions:

• Pentacam® Hands On — with Jörg Iwanczuk (OCULUS) and Jonathan Sugden (Mainline Instruments) in the Showroom
• Rayner Case Study Discussion — with Ms Lucia Pelosini and Deborah Drake, Advanced Technology Specialist at Rayner
• Rayner Eyejourney — with Dr Stanley Windsor, Head of Digital at Rayner

The event closes with an open Q&A and discussion session.
