The iCare DRSplus TrueColor Confocal Fundus Imaging System is a fully automated, high-performance retinal imaging device designed to enhance clinical efficiency and diagnostic accuracy. Utilising advanced TrueColor Confocal Technology with white LED illumination, it delivers sharp, high-contrast 45° retinal images with exceptional detail and optical resolution.
The system enables non-mydriatic imaging through pupils as small as 2.5 mm, allowing for a fast, comfortable patient experience without the need for dilation. It captures high-quality images even through media opacities such as cataracts, supporting reliable diagnosis and documentation of ocular diseases.

The DRSplus offers specialised imaging modes, including red-free for retinal vasculature, blue for Nerve Fiber Layer (RNFL), red for deep retinal layers, and infrared for choroidal visualisation, providing comprehensive structural insights.
Enhanced Diagnostic Features
Additional features include external eye imaging, stereo viewer technology for enhanced 3D disc perception, and an automated mosaic function that seamlessly creates panoramic views up to 80°, making the DRSplus an essential tool for modern eye care practices.
Seamless Remote Viewing Capability
iCare have now released an optional remote viewer feature, allowing any computer or laptop on the same Local Area Network (LAN) to review images remotely, enabling data access and detailed analysis on multiple review stations.
