We’re delighted to announce that Mainline Instruments has been shortlisted by the Optician Awards for Technology Supplier of the Year – an award which highlights the increasing importance of technology within our industry.
Out of a large amount of entries, who put themselves forward to be recognised within the award category, Mainline has been selected alongside just four other suppliers.
The Technology Supplier of the Year award is one of 19 trophies which will be presented at a black-tie celebration on December 2, at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel. The biggest night in the optical calendar will even see an A-list celebrity join us as we celebrate with our industry peers, our friends and families.
We are so excited to be in the running and hugely proud of our team, and the hard work and passion that has resulted in us being recognised, and feel we are truly deserving of being awarded as Technology Supplier of the Year.
Business initiative, staff training, customer needs and, most importantly, patient care are all areas we pride ourselves in excelling at, and it is these areas that the judges will be looking to when making their final decision on the big night.
Over the last 18 months, we’ve faced every challenge that has been thrown at us, ensuring we could give our customers and their patients the confidence and feeling of security that was even more important during a global pandemic. By equipping ourselves with the right tools, we were able to stay in touch with our customers remotely, showcasing the power of our products while also delivering training, demonstrations, and information. Furthermore, we worked hard to create real experiences for our prospective clients so that they could develop an understanding for how our technology could help them, completely replicating in-person experiences.
